Last week, we were first introduced to the idea of a Breaking Bad film. It kind of came out of the blue, and from the sound of it, it wouldn’t even really follow Walter White, but his business partner, Jesse Pinkman, who finally escaped a band of neo-Nazis at the end of the final season of the show. But does that mean we couldn’t see Walter White even in a supporting role?
Given that Walter White dies at the end of the show, it seems highly unlikely, but it’s not completely crazy, as the shows set in this world have a history of utilizing flashbacks. Well, we can speculate all we want about what we think would work for the story, but it’s probably worth at least looking into to see if actor Bryan Cranston would even be available to work. As he revealed to Today, that doesn’t seem possible.
“I’d love to do a Breaking Bad movie, but I’m doing Broadway now and that’s gonna go until March.”

So there you have it. Cranston isn’t even available to film, so it’s a moot question. But I know you folks. That kind of answer is never good enough, and we still can’t help but wonder if he can’t take a single day to shoot one scene, or even one shot, right? Perhaps.
What do you think? Do you buy Cranston’s claim, and do you even think Walter White would be a good character to have in the film? Let us know down below!
