Another day, another new image from the set of Kevin Smith’s Jay and Silent Bob Reboot!
For those of you just joining us, before you erupt in rage, the film is not a reboot, instead a sequel to Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back, where our two heroes must stop the production of a reboot of the film that they failed to halt production on in the first movie.
This time, we see the pair in character, and costume. Boy, have these guys aged. Jason Mewes looks a little odd with his new teeth, causing the protrusion of his jaw. And of course, Silent Bob is now in better shape than me!

As Kevin Smith points out in his Instagram post, nothing has really changed as far as costumes for our two heroes, though hopefully Silent Bob has taken his classic coat to the tailor. Jay is even wearing a Ranger Danger shirt, though it’s a new design by Captain RibMan.

Yesterday, Smith also posted a picture of himself and Brian O’Halloran as Dante outside the iconic Quick Stop. It seems like little has changed in the View Askeniverse since Clerks II, which is fine with me!

After waiting forever for Smith to start shooting this sequel to my favorite film of his, it looks like so far he is delivering the goods! Snoochie Bootchies!
