Is Jeff Goldblum in Thor: Love and Thunder? It looks like it after the actor was spotted at a recent Rugby match in Australia with Taika Waititi and Chris Hemsworth. The trio were spotted in Russell Crow’s private box, as you will see below courtesy of @WWOS.

In another year gone by, this would be evidence of nothing. However the fact you can only enter Australia for the moment to work, means Goldblum didn’t just drop by for the game. The fact he is the same bubble as Waititi and Hemsworth likely means he is working with them. COVID restrictions in Australia have lessened somewhat but all incomes still have to go through a quarantine period before they can work.

It’s therefore highly likely that Goldblum’s Grandmaster is making a return in Thor: Love and Thunder. Where and why Grandmaster shows up again is a question we cannot answer. However so far, it appears as if the cast for this movie will be massive. The Guardians of the Galaxy actors have already been filming in Australia and gone back home. Goldblum appears to only recently be in Australia, so perhaps Grandmaster has no scenes with those Guardians characters in the film?
Honestly there’s not much to go on here. However, I do think we see Grandmaster return in Thor: Love and Thunder, and who doesn’t want more Jeff Goldblum? I can’t wait to see what craziness Waititi has in store for us with Thor: Love and Thunder, now with extra special Goldblum sauce.
