Ok, if you have been keeping up with the rumors for Multiverse of Madness, then you’ll know the villain rumors are far less wacky than some of the cameo rumors we are hearing. Right from early on, there had been rumors that the main villain of the Doctor Strange sequel would be Shuma Gorath. Shuma Gorath is an extra-dimensional being that look’s like a big Octopus. Well check out this image from a jigsaw puzzle set from Booktopia.com.au.
I think we can call that rumor confirmed officially now. This site is not punting fake merchandise, this is official merch from the upcoming movie hitting online retailers early. The site probably were never told not to put images up of this, and likely had no idea it would be considered a spoiler. Merchandise leaks are all too common and it’s a simple byproduct of the design and manufacturing process. What that also means usually is that designs can change for the movie itself. This image used is clearly drawn in a comic style. That’s likely because the VFX are a long way from being completed for this movie. However the branding, the roster on the left (assume that’s coloring pad), is all what we’d expect.
