It has been reported that Spider-Man: Brand New Day stops filming for the next week following Tom Holland’s injury. However, as you will see evidence of below, it seems that does not include second unit filming.
As I’m sure you know, star Tom Holland suffered a head injury and was taken to hospital. He’s fine far as we know, but trades are now reporting production (first unit anyway) has shut down for a week to allow him recovery time.
Honestly, there’s nothing else to say about this part of the story. However, I did promise you that we have evidence that second unit is still filming. Check out a series of social media posts below. One even shows a stunt double in the Spider-Man suit.

I guess the show must go on, and since SU don’t usually feature the actors, why not push on?

I don’t normally cover these daily, pointless set photos that show us nothing. However, I felt today given the nature of the article, it was relevant to do so.
So yeah, production has topped for a week, when they need Tom Holland. However there are some things still being worked on and definitely put to film on the Spider-Man set.
What do you think of the news that Spider-Man: Brand New Day stops filming for a week due to Holland’s injuries? Any thoughts on this, or the set photos shared above, drop it below.
