CCXPMX is here and we have some displays for Supergirl, Avengers: Doomsday and Spider-Man: Brand New Day to share. There are a lot more movies than that being showcased at this convention in Mexico. However, I’m focusing on the big hitters in the comic book genre.
I think what fans will be hoping for is some kind of footage, like was shown at CinemaCon. I’ll give my opinion on that below, For now, check out some fan social media images showing the displays for the movies at the convention which begins today.

Is it likely the audience will get any new footage? In my opinion, no, and I mean specifically for Avengers: Doomsday. There are already public trailers for the other two and I imagine they do get shown at the event this weekend. The question is whether that Doomsday trailer will be shown? Fans hope it will, because the chances of getting a fan recording from a fan event are higher than CinemaCon, which is only for those in the trade.

However, given how recent CinemaCon was, I think Marvel know this will happen as well. I do not see them showing the trailer to the crowd at CCXPMX this weekend. Of course, I understand fans will hope I’m wrong and it is just an opinion. I know nothing you don’t know.
I will of course wrap up any news that came out of the convention on Monday, as we don’t have anyone attending the event his weekend from LRM Online.
There are some rumors that Sony may go big on Spider-Man: Brand New Day at CinemaCon Portugal, which takes place from April 23rd to 26th. I guess we will see what news comes out of Mexico this weekend.
