Some new set photos have showed up online for Daredevil: Born Again Season 3 which is filming now and they spoil and confirm a big return. The spoiler warning up front hopefully kept anyone away who wants to stay fresh for Season 3, but if not, I am going to share social media posts of those images below so this is your last chance to bail.
Who Is Back?
If you’ve made it this far then you likely follow the Barside Buzz and a recent rumor we heard was that Elodie Yung was returning as Elektra in Daredevil: Born Again Season 3. Well, as you can see from the images and video below, it’s no longer a rumor.

As you likely recall in the original Daredevil series, Elektra did not show up till Season 3 and it was one of the best seasons of that show. It seems right that as the story switches from Fisk once more that we go back to Elektra. Though how she’s not dead is something Matt will have to find out as Season 3 progresses I’m sure.
Is it possible Elektra is there to rescue Matt from prison? Is she still involved with The Hand who of course will show up in Spider-Man: Brand New Day out end of next month? I guess these are some questions fans will have going into Season 3.

I enjoyed Season 2 of Born Again, maybe not as much as Season 3 of Daredevil, but still enough to be looking forward to what comes next in Season 3. It almost feels like it’s also The Defenders Season 2 with the return of Luke Cage, Jessica Jones and Danny Rand alongside their respective actors from that show.
