Behind-The-Scenes Special of Steven Spielberg’s ‘Lincoln’

lincoln-top-2DreamWorks Pictures released a special behind-the-scenes look into last year’s drama “Lincoln.”

The special called “Lincoln: An American Journey” was launched today on Apple iTunes and will be aired on television on Sunday, January 20, on KCBS at 9 a.m. (PST).

The special has the inside look at the making of this critically-acclaimed film and how it was brought on to the big screen. There are brief interviews with Spielberg and actors Daniel Day-Lewis and Sally Field.

The movie also stars David Strathairn, Joseph Gordon-Levitt, James Spader, Hal Holbrook and Tommy Lee Jones. It is based on the book “Team of Rivals: The Political Genius of Abraham Lincoln” by Doris Kearns Goodwin.

The movie has grossed over $150 million since its opening early November. It is the most nominated film this year, including 12 Academy Award nominations.
