We are getting close to the release of the final eleventh season of The Walking Dead on AMC. Leading up to the premiere on August 22nd, the network is running the “11 Weeks of Reveals until Season 11”. This week is week three. Previously we have seen some first look photos. The titles of the episodes as well as some of their descriptions. Also the synopsis for the final season.
For the third week, AMC has dropped a teaser trailer for the final season of The Walking Dead that you can check out below!
I thought this was a wonderful teaser trailer. It focused on each of the characters that we have come to love in The Walking Dead. With the focus solely on them, I believe that AMC is looking for us to reminisce and think about what each of them has gone through in the series. Taking fans on a journey through the ten seasons of the series. The two that stood out to me were Daryl and Carol, who have been there since season one! Man have they gone through some stuff!

Speaking of reminiscing about the past seasons, as part of the festivities this week’s piece of art focuses on season three. This season was a reminder of the dangers in the post-apocalyptic world that are not walker-related. The artwork was created by Krik A. Etienne. He takes us back to the days of the Woodbury leader, The Governor, played by David Morrissey. If we recall he was one of the most brutal villains of The Walking Dead.
What character stood out to you the most in the teaser trailer? Who was the most brutal villain in The Walking Dead? Let us know in the comment section down below!
Season 11 of The Walking Dead premieres on August 22nd, 2021 on AMC.
