Adam Faison on Being Like The Fourth Sibling in Freeform’s Everything’s Gonna Be Okay [Exclusive Interview]

Adam Faison - Everything's Gonna Be Okay

Adam Faison’s Alex may be the outsider to the Moss family in Freeform’s Everything’s Gonna Be Okay, but he is treated like the fourth sibling.

The American comedy series garnered plenty of praise on the teen issues, autism, and gay characters in the family film about a young Australian, who became suddenly the legal guardian of his two half-sisters.

Now in its second season, the show promises to touch more subjects as the young girls prosper into womanhood with their help of their sibling guardian and his boyfriend, Alex.

Here’s the season two synopsis:

After their heartbreaking trip to New York, the Moss family and Nicholas’ boyfriend, Alex, are just trying their best to move forward. With everyone back home, Matilda is rethinking her life goals, Genevieve starts putting herself out there—even dating—and Nicholas is working out how to balance being a brother, parental figure, boyfriend, and cute entomologist. This season also welcomes new eccentric friends, unexpected hookups, and a lot more bugs.

Maria Bamford and Richard Kind join season two in recurring guest roles as Suze and Toby, Drea’s parents.
