It’s Agatha all along today folks. First an Agatha Harkness spin-off show, as well as a multi-project deal for Hahn at Marvel Studios. Finally we also have some Agatha related Multiverse of Madness rumors to share. So let’ s get to it.
Everything began with a report from Variety yesterday which says an Agatha spin-off show is in development at Marvel Studios. Fans expected Agatha and Kathryn Hahn to return, but I don’t think it was expected Agatha would get her own show. However, this does make sense, if Marvel plans for Agatha to be as important a character in the MCU as she is in the comics, maybe we need an Agatha show? My bet is that eventually Agatha will become less villain and more on the good side, again following the comics lead.
Going further, Deadline, a sister publication of Variety, then reported that Hahn has signed a multi-project deal with Marvel. Hahn’s new deal is expected to cover not just Agatha’s own show, but appearances in other shows and movies also. Given the popularity of Hahn as Agatha, and her comics history, it makes a lot of sense. I kinda figured maybe Hahn already had an overall deal with Marvel, but I guess they were waiting to see how audiences reacted?

Finally, wee have a rumor, and it’s not the first time we’ve heard this. Skyler Shuler of DisInsider tweeted below that Agatha will next appear in Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness. Yet, until made official, this remains just a rumor for now. You can see Shuler’s latest post below.
