Anthony Mackie certainly seems to be quite the cheerleader for Marvel and their cinematic universe. Just recently the actor sung the praises of CAPTAIN AMERICA: CIVIL WAR, even going so far as to state that the film could be up for Best Picture. Now, in a recent interview with Desde Hollywood, the actor concedes to costar Chiwetel Ejiofor that DOCTOR STRANGE may end up being the better film this year.

When asked by the interviewer which would be better, Ejiofor answer DOCTOR STRANGE without hesitation. Mackie gave a nod and a smirk and followed that answer up with this:

“I’ll give you that. DOCTOR STRANGE. I think DOCTOR STRANGE,  just from the artwork I’ve seen, it’s going to be so different and so far out and so creatively stimulating that it’s going to blow everything out of the water.”

If Mackie is right, 2016 might just be one hell of a year for Marvel.
