Actor Josh Wiggins will savor the moment for his first action in Armor. He is in good company in this on-the-edge-of-your-seat action film, starring alongside Jason Patric and Sylvester Stallone.

The film sets a father and son trapped inside an armored truck with robbers trying to get inside to get inside the vehicle for its value.

The film also stars Dash Mihok (Ray Donovan, The Thin Red Line), Blake Shields (Tekken, Boys and Girls), and Erin Ownbey (Ozark, Panhandle). Justin Routt directed the film based on the script written by Adrian Speckert and Corey Todd Hughes.

Here is the official synopsis for Armor:

Academy Award nominee Sylvester Stallone and Jason Patric star in an action-packed, thriller about the lengths one man will go to save what’s left of his family and reclaim his own life. James and his son Casey are armored truck drivers tasked with delivering a suspicious package. After a violent ambush on the road, James and Casey are trapped until they discover the value of what they have been carrying and join forces to outgun and outwit their attackers.

LRM Online’s Gig Patta chatted with actor Josh Wiggins on his first action film, starting alongside Jason Patric, acting in a contained setting, and meeting Sylvester Stallone.

Josh Wiggins made his on-screen debut in 2014 with Hellion, which starred Aaron Paul. His breakout role came the following year in director Boaz Yakin’s military family drama Max, which also starred Thomas Haden Church. His other film credits over the years included Lost in the Sun, Giant Little Ones, Greyhound, and Apollo 10 ½: A Space Age Childhood.

Armor is in select theaters, available digitally, and On Demand on Friday, November 22.
