With rumors strong already on this, it’s now confirmed that the Avengers: Doomsday trailer will play in from of Avatar: Fire & Ash. I guess that’s a mark in the positive section for the leakers we shared claiming this was definitely happening. Now Collider are reporting an exclusive, that this is indeed the case.
‘Collider has learned from multiple sources that the first footage from the MCU’s next big team-up film is scheduled to be attached to the latest installment of one of Disney’s other blockbuster franchises, Avatar: Fire and Ash. While that decision could change over the next month, if it holds, theater-goers will get their first proper look at Robert Downey Jr.’s titanium-masked supervillain as soon as December 19. The timing would be fitting, considering James Cameron’s third adventure to Pandora is releasing almost exactly one year before Doomsday‘s arrival on December 18, 2026.’

Just to echo what Collider say here. Even now this is not an absolutely guarantee this is the first time we’ll see the trailer. Disney can pull or drop any trailer that’s completed on a whim and I’ve seen them do it both ways. Therefore, this could be shown to a convention first, or selected press, before we get to the Avatar release date.
As for when it will drop online, again your guess is as good as mine? They may feel it’s good for Avatar‘s opening weekend to not release it online too sharp.
I won’t be seeing Avatar: Fire& Ash, the franchise is just not my bag. However, I guarantee I’ll find a poor quality version online. It’s as inevitable as Thanos.
