Ben Affleck Meets With Warner Bros.

Matt Reeves’ The Batman has had a lot of rumors regarding who will be playing the role of Bruce Wayne aka Batman. Currently, Ben Afflek is still the caped crusader or is he? It just depends of the rumor of the day, one day he is still Batman the next he is presumably out.

Last we heard of Afflek he had been getting treatment at a rehab center in Malibu, leading many to believe that we had seen the last of him as the Dark Knight. It had been reported that he had finished his treatment, but sources say that he is still not finished. But although he is still getting treatment he has taken a break to workout earlier this month.

TMZ is now reporting that Afflek also took a break to attend a meeting at the Warner Bros. office yesterday. What makes this interesting is that is seems like Afflek may be getting ready for another role since he showed up with a script in hand. What film that script was for or what the meeting was about is currently unknown.

Another interesting point is that this meeting comes a day after it was reported that Warner Bros. really liked Matt Reeves’ first draft of The Batman. Reeves is currently working on some revisions of the script and it’s looking for a 2019 summer production start.

Could this meeting with Affleck have to do with Reeves’ Batman film? Or just another project in general? Let us know what you think in the comment section below!
