2. Best New Villain or Villian Team – A villain or team who debuted in a book that was released in 2021
3. Best New Ongoing Comic – A comic that first appeared on the stands in 2021, not cover date 
4. Best Limited Series – A limited series comic that concluded in a comic that was released in 2021, not cover date 
5. Best Single Issue or One Shot 
6. Best Cliffhanger or Moment – A cliffhanger or moment in a comic that was released in 2021, not cover date 
7. Best Storyline – A storyline from a comic that was released in 2021
8. Best Sleeper of Surprise Hit – A comic that first appeared on the stands in 2021, not cover date, not not enough people are reading or you feel took everyone by surprise 
9. Best Ongoing Comic – Does not have to have been released for the first time in 2021
10. Best Graphic Novel – Can be an original graphic novel or reprinted material collected in graphic novel format 
11. Best/Favorite Cover
