Actor Temuera Morrison says Boba Fett was in Mando Season 4, but that he is not in The Mandalorian and Grogu movie. Back before a movie was announced we know that creator Jon Favreau did have a script ready for The Mandalorian Season 4. Then the decision was made to make a movie instead. It remains to be seen if the movie is an altered version of Season 4. However, Boba Fett actor Temeura Morrison indicates that if it is an adapted story, then one of the storylines cut was that of Boba Fett.
While speaking to Screen Rant during the “From Clone Troopers To Bounty Hunters With Temuera Morrison” panel at Fan Expo Chicago, hosted by Joe Deckelmeier, Morrison brought up The Mandalorianseason 4. Morrison of course did not say anything about whether Season 4 would be resurrected. However, he did indicate he was in initial plans.
“I understand they’re gonna do a Mando with Grogu movie next, and uh… things have changed a little too. There was going to be a Mando [season] 4, I think, and I was going to turn up in that, but as of now, I’m still waiting for a phone call, to be quite honest.”

As for the possibility of a second Season of The Book of Boba Fett? I would not count on it. In fact if anything that show hurt the character of Boba Fett more than it helped. That is hardly the fault of Morrison though. We expected Sopranos in space. What we got was a cartoony kiddie show with some Spy Kids like direction from Robert Rodriguez.
Let’s throw it in the pile of Kathleen Kennedys other failures. They do stack up a lot more than the successes sadly. Retire when Kath?
So, Boba Fett was in Mando Season 4, but he’s not in The Mandalorian and Grogu. What do you think of Temeura Morrison’s comments? Thoughts below as usual.
