Bridgerton Season 2 Announcement: Just A Few More Months To Wait!

Lady Whistledown has gotten the word out. Bridgerton Season 2 will be out on March 25! Netflix released the Bridgerton Season 2 release date on Christmas, the anniversary of the release date for season 1.

Anthony Bridgerton Is Next

Season 1 was about Daphne finding someone to marry from the first book in the Bridgerton series, The Duke and I. Season 2 will be covering book 2, The Viscount Who Loved Me. I haven’t read the books, but I love the show. I was hoping to see some woman put Anthony down a peg or two. And three months ago, we find out that person is Kate Sharma. Netflix released a teaser for the second season and she didn’t hold back her words. Also, it’ll be great to see him move on from Siena. His attachment (obsession?) to her was getting annoying. Based on the plot for book 2, in an attempt to keep her sister safe from Anthony, Kate is the one that becomes vulnerable to his… charms? To be honest, I don’t see what the fuss is about him, but maybe season 2 will change my mind.

I normally don’t watch a lot of movies and TV shows centered around romance, but I really like Bridgerton. Simone Ashley and Jonathan Bailey are cast as Kate and Anthony. After seeing the two of them in the teaser, I can see that they have great chemistry and I already like where this season is going! I can’t wait to see season 2 of Bridgerton this Spring!
