Chad Faust makes his directorial debut in the new movie, Girl. Faust takes the full load as the writer, director and actor in this film. His character is Charmer alongside Girl played by Bella Thorne. Charmer is a calculating, cynical character that maintains the thrill and suspense.
The Synopsis
A young woman (Bella Thorne) returns to her small hometown to exact revenge on her abusive father, only to discover someone murdered him the day before. As the girl searches for answers, she soon finds herself prey to a sinister sheriff (Mickey Rourke) and uncovers a family legacy more disturbing than she’d imagined.

Chad Faust is a Canadian actor, director and producer. He starred in the FOX series, Lone Star and USA Network The 4400 among other television appearances. He is known for films like, Saved! and Hope Spring. Faust started his journey as a writer/director with the short films, Baby Bleed, Oh God and has directed four music videos.

I had the opportunity to interview Chad Faust via Zoom. He talked about his favorite scene in the movie, the cast and how he managed to film in only 14 days. In addition, Faust disclosed how he ended up being part of the cast although it was not the original plan.
