Over the weekend, Prime Video released the first teaser trailer for the anticipated video game adaptation of Fallout.
The teaser trailer revealed the first look into the ambitious sci-fi series full of the video game franchise lore, monsters, and the post-nuclear setting.
The first look was revealed to the attendees of the largest comic book convention in the world at CCXP in Sao Paulo.
A brief description of the series is as follows:
Based on one of the greatest video game series of all time, Fallout is the story of haves and have-nots in a world in which there’s almost nothing left to have. Two hundred years after the apocalypse, the gentle denizens of luxury fallout shelters are forced to return to the irradiated hellscape their ancestors left behind—and are shocked to discover an incredibly complex, gleefully weird, and highly violent universe waiting for them.
The CCXP Fallout panel had an appearance with executive producer and director Jonathan Nolan, executive producer and showrunner Graham Wagner, with the series stars Ella Purnell (Yellowjackets), Aaron Moten (Emancipation), and Walton Goggins (The Hateful Eight).
Their sneak peek addressed its action, tongue-in-cheek gore, and post-apocalyptic setting before premiering the teaser trailer to 3,500 audience members.
