Check Out the New Story-Centric ‘JUNGLE BOOK’ Trailer

While the JUNGLE BOOK trailers we’ve seen thus far have been great on spectacle, they admittedly haven’t really done a whole lot to push a narrative. Those who haven’t seen the original animated film (I’m sure they’re out there somewhere) wouldn’t even know what the story is about too much if they didn’t peruse for the synopsis. That is, until now.

ComicBook.com has posted a new trailer that includes a myriad of new footage, but it’s not just a couple of shots, but rather our first real peek of the story of the film in action. If you weren’t sold on the visual effect spectacle yet, I highly recommend you check out this trailer so you can get an idea of the feels you’ll be in for.

Check it out below!

Bill Murray will voice Baloo the bear, Christopher Walken will take on the role of King Louie, the ruler of a troop of monkeys and apes, while Giancarlo Esposito will voice Akela, the leader of the wolf pack. With Ben Kingsley as Bagheera, Lupita Nyong’o as Raksha, Idris Elba as Shere Khan, and Scarlett Johansson as Kaa. The film also marks the debut of newcomer Neel Sethi as Mowgli, who will be the only actor to physically appear on screen.

What do you think of the new trailer? Let us know down below!

THE JUNGLE BOOK hits theaters on April 15, 2016!
