Chilling And Thrilling Trailer For The Conjuring: The Devil Made Me Do It

The largest horror franchise in history is back with it’s seventh film, The Conjuring: The Devil Made Me Do It. Up to this film, the Conjuring Universe has grossed more than $1.8 billion worldwide. These films include the first two Conjuring films, the three Anabelle films, as well as The Nun. Now in 2021, New Line Cinema are giving us yet another feature based on the case files of Ed and Lorraine Warren.

Here is the synopsis for The Conjuring: The Devil Made Me Do It:

“The Conjuring: The Devil Made Me Do It” reveals a chilling story of terror, murder and unknown evil that shocked even experienced real-life paranormal investigators Ed and Lorraine Warren. One of the most sensational cases from their files, it starts with a fight for the soul of a young boy, then takes them beyond anything they’d ever seen before, to mark the first time in U.S. history that a murder suspect would claim demonic possession as a defense.

The Conjuring: The Devil Made Me Do It

The fan favorites Vera Farmiga and Patrick Wilson return to star as Lorraine and Ed Warren. They are joined by Ruairi O’Connor, Sarah Catherine Hook, and Julian Hillard. The film is being directed by Michael Chaves, who also helmed The Curse of the Llorona. It is produced by James Wan and Peter Safran who have collaborated on all of the Conjuring Universe films.The screenplay is by David Leslie Johnson-McGoldrick. The story is by James Wan & David Leslie Johnson-McGoldrick, based on characters created by Chad Hayes & Carey W. Hayes.

The Conjuring series has been very good. Especially the main Conjuring titles that have spawned other films like The Nun and Anabelle. It has been fun to dive into these stories that deliver chills and thrills in the process.
