Any one of those Marvel Studios superheroes can put the average human to shame when it comes to their physique. Though, honestly, it’s hard to feel bad about it. After all, these guys have the dangling carrot in front of them known as a feature film they need to prep for, and with it a hefty paycheck. Thus far, we’ve even seen the likes of Chris Pratt and Kumail Nanjiani transform from fairly average to super cut. But, of all the heroes, the one who’s been most open about sharing it with fans is Chris Hemsworth.

If you look at Chris Hemsworth’s Instagram account, it’s full of videos of him doing miscellaneous workouts. At first, it seemed very much in the spirit of showing off just how damn crazy good he was at workouts. Now, however, it’s mostly in service of his workout and fitness app, Centr. This new post on Instagram does fall in line with the latter thing. In it, he performs a circuit of movements that all of us can do from the confines of our own home.

As you can see in the video, Hemsworth is all about using what you have. We see him using dumbbells, a stool, a laundry basket, and even a pair of laundry detergent jugs AS dumbbells. While in good fun, it was a bit of a promotion for his Centr app, which is now available with a six-week free trial if you sign up by April 5.

We normally wouldn’t talk about something like this on our geek-friendly site, but in a quarantined world, I’m all about sharing a healthy workout regimen. Given how little control we have over what’s going on in the real world right now, maintaining my health is something I’ve been getting back into. The Centr app could be a fun way to help release those much-needed endorphins in this tough time.
