Here comes a little piece of, “Oh, I forgot this was filming” news. Of course, I can’t speak for you, but I totally forgot they had been filming the upcoming Men in Black reboot. Following the rapid succession casting announcements that included the likes of Chris Hemsworth and Tessa Thompson, thing quickly moved forward with The Fate of the Furious director F. Gary Gray taking the helm.

Now, believe it or not, it looks like production is nearing its end. Chris Hemsworth himself took to Instagram to share a batch of photos celebrating the end of filming his scenes on the movie. As with any film, the production of the project is still likely moving on with other scenes and actors, but as far as the best-looking Hemsworth, that’s all she wrote. Here’s what he had to say in his post.

“That’s a wrap on MIB for me!! From London to Morocco to Italy and NYC. Thank you to all the fantastic cast and crew who took part on this epic journey and our director F.Gary Gray, cheers for the fun times, big laughs and solid memories. Can’t wait to show what we’ve put together. see you all soon #MIB @tessamaethompson”

While this is hardly a huge surprise, based on the first photo in the batch, it looks like Tessa Thompson will be a bona fide suit-wearing agent in this movie, though specific plot details are still scarce. We also know that Emma Thompson will be reprising her role as Agent O from Men in Black III, and looks to be the lynchpin between these films in the franchise. Also joining the cast is Rebecca Ferguson in an unspecified role.

The script from the film comes courtesy of Iron Man screenwriters Art Marcum and Matt Holloway. Are you excited to see what the film offers? Let us know down below!

The currently-untitled Men in Black reboot hits theaters on June 14, 2019.
