In The Secrets We Keep, Chris Messina and Amy Seimetz star with Noomi Rapace and Joel Kinnaman in this intense drama about the deepest darkest secrets that are kept.
Here’s the official synopsis:
In post-WWII America, a woman (Rapace), rebuilding her life in the suburbs with her husband (Messina), kidnaps her neighbor (Kinnaman) and seeks vengeance for the heinous war crimes she believes he committed against her.
Yuval Adler directed the film from a script by Adler and Ryan Covington.

LRM Online’s Gig Patta exclusively sat down with actors Chris Messina and Amy Seimetz about the supporting spouse roles in the movie. We talked about getting into the headspace of their characters as their spouses keep these secrets from them.
Chris Messina is a veteran actor with a great filmography. He starred in Harley Quinn: Birds of Prey, Away We Go, Argo, and Ruby Sparks. He appeared in television series, such as The Sinner, Sharp Objects, The Mindy Project, Six Feet Under, and The Newsroom. Most recently, he co-starred indie films, including I Care a Lot, Love is Love is Love, Zeroville, and The True Adventures of Wolfboy.
Amy Seimetz is an accomplished actress and indie film director. She starred in blockbuster films, such as Pet Sematary remake, and Alien: Covenent. And she co-starred in several indie films, including Upstream Color, You’re Next, and The Sacrament. Also, she is recognizable for her television work, including Get Shorty, Stranger Things, Junior, and The Girlfriend Experience. In addition, she directed indie darlings, such as She Dies Tomorrow, and Sun Don’t Shine. Her directing resume also extended into television with Atlanta and The Girlfriend Experience.
The Secrets We Keep is currently playing in select theaters and VOD today.
