Clean Trailer Has Adrien Brody Ridding The Streets of Crime

Adrien Brody in Clean

A few actors will ever call the project they star in a passion project. For Adrien Broday, Clean is that project for himself as he starred, produced, co-wrote the screenplay, and composed the score. It’s definitely a project he believes in.

Co-writing and reuniting with director Paul Solet, the film also stars Glenn Fleshler (The Joker, True Detective), Richie Merritt (White Boy Rick), Chandler Ari DuPont (12 O’Clock Boys, The Prayer Box), Mykelti Williamson (Forrest Gump), RZA (The Man with the Iron Fists), Michelle Wilson, and John Bianco.

Here is the official synopsis:

Clean, a man with a violent and criminal past, seeks redemption after being awakened by personal tragedy. He dedicates his life to his broken community and the safety of a young girl who reminds him of his daughter. When her life is put in danger, it ignites a return to the darkness and violence he’s worked so hard to leave behind. In his attempts to save her, he might very well save himself.

As an award-winning performer, Adrien Brody is putting his talent into many hats for the Clean film, which resembles the old revenge vigilante assassin films of Charles Bronson’s days. Not to mention, the film showcases his music, another talent, that many people have not witnessed before.

The film is very gritty and violent as I personally checked out the film earlier this year at the Tribeca Film Festival 2021. It is one of the highlighted films out of this festival. Now it’s a great time for the rest of the audiences to watch the film after it completed its festival run.

Clean is in select theaters, On Demand, and available digitally on January 28.
