Cobra Kai Season 2 Trailer And Series Drop Date Revealed

When it was announced that YouTube would be making a follow-up webseries to the beloved Karate Kid film, it was weird. Cobra Kai was a story no one was really looking to be continued, and it was on a platform many weren’t sure about. What was even weirder is how much the first season of the show seemed to resonate with viewers — so much did it resonate that YouTube locked down another season of TV.

The last season saw Daniel’s old bully from the first film down on his luck, and the events of the show saw him bringing back Cobra Kai in top form. But it seems like old habits die hard, and it wasn’t long before these methods once again started to take root in the training methods being taught. Cobra Kai is back on top, but it isn’t exactly fulfilling for Johnny.

But it looks like this downward spiral is continuing in Season 2. Daniel is teaching Mr. Miyagi’s ways to a whole group of students (for free), taking the Daniel and Johnny rivalry to the next level. I don’t know about you, but I’m pretty interested to see this deal continue. The production value and acting may not be the most amazing thing in the world, but they are certainly taking things in an interesting direction.
