Crisis On Infinite Earths: [SPOILER] Comments On [SPOILER’S] Death

Disclaimer: This post contains spoilers for Crisis on Infinite Earths.

It’s happened. Again. Stephen Amell’s Green Arrow is dead. Again. Like, for realsy this time, probably. I mean, he’s going to supposedly be back for the Arrow series finale, but as far as things go, Oliver Queen has supposedly breathed his last breath. The death occurred in last night’s “Crisis on Infinite Earths, Part 4.” It saw the character rise to the role of Spectre and ultimately use his abilities to sacrifice himself and save the multiverse.

So, he’s done. Dead. Deceased. Several years later, the guy that spawned the universe and was essentially the Iron Man of DC TV, he’s now gone, and star Stephen Amell took to Twitter to both mourn and celebrate his tenure as the beloved character.

While this may be the end of the road for Oliver Queen and Arrow, it’s not the end of the Arrowverse, and in case you haven’t heard, a spinoff show titled Green Arrow and the Canaries will continue on in its stead, this time following Oliver’s daughter, Mia.
