It’s been well over two years since the Devil of Hell’s Kitchen had a solo outing. Sure, he had a hand in taking down…the Hand…in The Defenders, but as far as him hitting the streets by himself? Not so much. And it’s not like we can blame him. When last we saw, he’d had an entire building collapse on him and was left in the care of a bunch of nuns. Dude probably has a lot of recovering to do.
But he will be coming back, and to tease it, Marvel will be bringing the show to New York Comic-Con. While nothing is completely confirmed, it is likely that star Charlie Cox and Kingpin actor Vincent D’Onofrio will be making appearances next month to hype up the season to come. They will reportedly be part of Marvel’s takeover of the Big Apple confab, and will appear at Madison Square Garden.

Daredevil won’t be alone. Also joining in are the Hulu series Marvel’s The Runaways and the Fox series The Gifted. The Gifted most recently had a presence at San Diego Comic-Con, so that particular show is working overtime.
Do any of these shows for the impending season of TV excite you? Personally, I’m ready for Daredevil and co. to return already. The Defenders made me hate the character and I’m about ready to start liking Matt Murdock again.
