DC Universe’s Doom Patrol Series Villain Revealed

With several of the heroes and the actor counterparts one by one being confirmed and production getting ready to start soon on DC Universe’s Doom Patrol, it’s about time that we learn who these reluctant heroes are going to be going up against.

According to thathashtagshow the villain for the Doom Patrol series will be a Eric Morden aka Mr. Nobody. His character has caused havoc for the team since their early days. He first appeared as Eric Mordan in DC Comic’s Doom Patrol #86 in March of 1964 written by Arnold Drake with artwork by Bruno Premiani. Then he became the insane Mr. Nobody in DC Comic’s Doom Patrol Vol. 2 #26 in September of 1989 written by Grant Morrison with artwork by Richard Case.

At first he was a non powered criminal mastermind. But he underwent an experiment that stripped him of his sanity and gave him the ability to do the same to others. One interesting thing about his condition is that the experiment left him stuck between two dimensions, giving him his strange appearance.

The studio is currently looking for an A-list actor between the ages of 30-50 to take on the role of Eric Morden. According to thathashtagshow this version of the character will be looking for vengeance on the person who he deems responsible for the failed experiment that left him in his current state. But despite a loathing for superheroes, Morden will come to admire the group.

DC Universe’s Doom Patrol will be a live action spin off series from Titans, which premieres this fall exclusively on the DC Universe streaming service.
