Deadlock Trailer Has Bruce Willis As the Crazy Villain

Bruce Willis in Deadlock

A Hero no more. Bruce Willis is a loony terrorist hell-bent on taking revenge on a small town in the action film Deadlock. And, it’ll be Patrick Muldoon who is there to stop him.

Here’s the official synopsis for Deadlock:

Bruce Willis stars as Ron Whitlock, a wanted criminal leading a team of mercenaries on a mission of vengeance. Convinced that the government is working against them, the merciless group brutally seizes an energy plant and holds everyone inside hostage. With a nearby town on the brink of massive flooding and destruction, it’s up to one retired elite army ranger Mack Karr (Patrick Muldoon) to save thousands of innocent lives before it’s too late.

Other cast members include Matthew Marsden, Lorenzo Antonucci, Jared Bankens, Eric Buarque, Ava Paloma, Kelly Lynn Reiter, and Kelcey Rose. Jared Cohen (Street Survivors, Hold Your Breath) directed the movie from the script written by Cohen and Cam Cannon.

Action hero Bruce Willis is on a string of non-blockbuster films as of late. At this point of his career, he is churning out films like Nicolas Cage is with projects. For Deadlock, he’ll be in that position to play a real villain this time around. Honestly, he can play a menacing bad guy since he likes to play crazy anyways. Of course, he’s teaming up with Patrick Muldoon, who is also on a streak of multiple projects in the pipeline. But, can he defeat Bruce Willis who is virtually indestructible in every action movie he’s been in? We’ll see.

Deadlock is in theaters, On Demand and digital on December 3.
