DOCTOR STRANGE Sneak Peak Teases Baron Mordo, The Ancient One, And The Zealots

We’re less than three months away from the introduction of Marvel’s newest superhero, Doctor Strange.

Sure, we’ve seen Stark’s technology, Thor’s hammer, and the Guardians’ galaxy, but with Doctor Strange, we’ll be entering the world of mystics and magic. Some mainstream Marvel Studios fans may find themselves having to take a leap of faith on this one, but Marvel has certainly built up enough good trust to make that leap one worth taking for most.

The next few days will see the digital release of Captain America: Civil War, and in true Marvel form, they’re setting to take advantage of the home release to familiarize fans with the world they’ll soon be exploring in Doctor Strange.

While they didn’t release the entirety of the sneak peek online, they did see fit to show a minute of the video. In it, we get a good look and explanation of characters like Baron Mordo, the Ancient One, and the Zealots, who serve as the film’s villains.

Check out the video below!

“We’re about the villains in this film,” Marvel Studios head Feige says in the video. “We call them the Zealots. These are people who become seduced by what they find on the other side.”

“[My character] Kaecilius is part of this temple,” actor Mads Mikkelsen says. “If the majority is looking for the truth here, he’s looking over there for the truth.”

“He is interested in spilling the barriers between these dimensions,” Feige finished before the video cut off. Looking forward to checking out the rest of that.

Doctor Strange hits theaters on November 4, 2016.
