It seems like everyone in the MCU is getting a TV show on the upcoming Disney+ streaming service. We know about Falcon & Winter SoldierWandaVisionLoki, and LMDs: The True SHIELD Story. Okay, that last one isn’t real, but there is one more suggestion from the God of Thunder himself, Team Thor.

If you remember there was a mockumentary about Thor on earth with a roommate named Daryl. It was an incredibly funny video set after the events of Civil War… sorta. The video didn’t take into account that Hulk was actually on Sakaar, but it made us laugh so who cares?

Chris Hemsworth talks about wanting to do an entire mockumentary series based on the Team Thor bit. He talks about how they would have normal day to day adventures outside of saving the world including going to the pub and going fishing. I love this idea, although I am not sure we could get a series of 30-minute episodes for it. I do think five to eight episodes of a web series could be done easily though. Each one would be around 5 minutes in length and tell one of these day to day adventure stories Hemsworth mentions.

The one thing we know for certain is that the Marvel Cinematic Universe will be drastically different after this month’s Avengers: Endgame. Using limited series on Disney+ or even webisodes is a great way to help steer the properties from the Infinity Sage to whatever comes next.

Would you watch a Team Thor series? Are you excited about any of the announced series’? Let us know in the comments below!
