Electronic Arts Inc. and Ascendant Studios have ignited excitement among gamers with the release of the captivating launch trailer for their upcoming game, Immortals of Aveum. The trailer is skillfully paired with the vibrant and dynamic track “All Time Great,” performed by the up-and-coming Brooklyn-based rapper and musician, Jufu. This collaboration showcases the fusion of gaming and music, creating a synergy that sets the stage for the much-anticipated release of the single-player, first-person magic shooter.
Scheduled to debut on August 22 for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via platforms such as the EA app, Steam, and Epic Games Store, Immortals of Aveum takes players on an immersive journey into a world of magic, combat, and discovery. The launch trailer, which brilliantly marries gameplay footage with Jufu’s high-powered music, offers a tantalizing glimpse into the realm of Aveum.
Jufu, who boasts a dedicated following of 3.1 million fans on TikTok, brings his distinct sound and energy to “All Time Great,” a track that harmoniously syncs with the game’s fast-paced combat sequences and breathtaking visual landscapes. As players witness Jak and his fellow Immortals unleash their magical prowess, Jufu’s music injects an extra layer of excitement, setting the perfect tone for this unique gaming experience.

In Immortals of Aveum, players assume the role of Jak, an ‘Unforeseen’ who discovers his latent magical talents, thrusting him into the heart of a violent conflict. Guided by General Kirkan and the Immortals, an elite group of magic-wielding warriors, Jak must master the Sigil, an ancient artifact that enables him to harness blue, green, and red magic. Together, they face off against the formidable warlord Sandrakk and his enigmatic lieutenant, The Hand. Amidst a war-ravaged world, Jak and the Immortals delve into Aveum’s enigmatic past, endeavoring to tip the scales in their favor.
Immortals of Aveum is set to launch on August 22 for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC, available through the EA app, Steam, and Epic Games Store. The game will retail at $59.99 USD for PC and $69.99 USD for consoles. Gamers opting for the Deluxe Edition, priced at $69.99 USD for PC and $79.99 USD for consoles, will receive an array of exclusive in-game items designed to enhance their Aveum experience.
