The best-selling series The Battle For Forever has made its first steps into the audiobook format with Wil Wheaton as its narrator.
The audiobook series will begin with Alexander X about a 1500-year-old trapped in a teenager’s body. With his slow aging process, modern technology made it difficult for him to remain anonymous in this everchanging world.
Wheaton is best known for Star Trek: The Next Generation series, Stand By Me and guest starring on Big Bang Theory. He is also currently signed on to narrate the second book of the series.
The novels were written by Edward Savio (Idiots in the Machine) with pop art by comic book illustrator Des Taylor (DC Bombshells, Dr. Who). The audiobook project is directed and produced by Gabrielle De Cuir, along with producers Stefan Rudnicki and Lisa Lindo.
LRM Online sat down with author Edward Savio and producer Lisa Lindo during San Diego Comic-Con International 2019. We talked about the book series and the audiobook project.
