According to a new report from an outlet, we could be seeing more of Evil Doctor Strange. One Take News say that Multiverse of Madness will see an appearance from Doctor Strange Supreme, that’s the evil Doctor Strange we saw in the most recent episode of What If…? Now, normally havening no idea of the hit rate of the outlet I might not cover this until I can get a back up. However the report was backed up by Daniel Richtman on his Patreon service and therefore I feel it’s worth mentioning.

Now, as always take this with a grain of salt for now. However fans will have their ears up with this news for sure. There are many fans who believe that the Doctor Strange we see in the Spider-Man: No Way Home trailer may be an alt-Strange looking to sow chaos. However I’m no so sure about that for now. is it possible, sure, but none of the leaks which seems to be on the money mention this.

Therefore, this could just be small cameo appearance rather than this alt-Strange having a huge part? That What If…? episode though was amazing, and a movie where Strange has to battle a far more powerful and corrupted version of himself would make for fascinating watch.

For now we are just going to have to wait and see. However that has not stopped fans advancing the theory that Evil Doctor Strange is the catalyst for what happens in both No Way Home and Multiverse of Madness. It’s possible, I’m certainly not ruling this out. However, at the same time I don’t feel there is yet enough evidence for me to jump on the bandwagon with this theory…..yet. If this does end up happening, cool, well done Marvel. If it does not, I’d seriously consider this for a third Doctor Strange movie.
