Master of horror Jeffrey Reddick loves the supernatural.

The Final Destination franchise creator is in the director’s chair in a film about chasing death with Don’t Look Back.

The horror-thriller stars Kourtney Bell, Bryan Batt, Will Stout, Skyler Hart, Jeremy Holm, Jaqueline Fleming, Amanda Grace Benitez, Damon Lipari, Han Soto, Dean J. West, and Stephen Twardokus.

Here’s a brief synopsis:

Caitlin Kramer, a woman overcoming a tragic past, is among several people who see a man being fatally assaulted. When the witnesses start dying mysteriously, she must unearth if they’re being targeted by a killer or something far more insidious.

LRM’s Gig Patta spoke with the legendary master of horror writer Jeffrey Reddick. We talked about helming Don’t Look Back, the supernatural, his cast, and most importantly—his opinion on the next Final Destination movie.

Jeffrey Reddick created the Final Destination film franchise back in 2000, by writing the script for the original movie and Final Destination 2. It spawned to a prolonged franchise of five movies. His other credits included Lionsgate’s thriller Tamara in 2005 and the remake of George Romero’s classic Day of the Dead in 2008. Don’t Look Back is his feature film directorial debut.

Don’t Look Back is in select theaters and On Demand today.
