Final Poster For Stranger Things 2 Recalls Spielberg Posters Of Old

Stranger Things 2 (or Stranger Things Season 2) drops on Netflix this Friday. Though we have seen a series of rad posters featuring the boys on their bikes outside Hawkins, Will standing in his doorway watching a giant monster, and Chief Hopper standing in a nefarious looking pumpkin patch. This most recent one takes the cake!

Like the final poster for Season 1 of Stranger Things, back is the painted, Drew Struzan style made famous by so many Steven Spielberg posters, starting in the ’80s, the era of Stranger Things.

Eleven (Millie Bobby Brown) sure has a lot more hair, and looks more powerful then ever, and she had better be with that new monster looming over Hawkins, Indiana, including new locations such as the pumpkin patch and the arcade which will figure into the second season. All your favorite characters are back, with Will (Noah Schnapp) front and center this go-around, Hopper on the case (David Harbour), Joyce (Winona Ryder) worried about her son and his eerie illustrations, Steve (Joe Keery) rockin’ his baseball bat, and our main trio of Dustin (Gaten Matarazzo), Lucas (Caleb McLaughlin), and Mike (Finn Wolfhard) and their signature bikes. Nancy (Natalia Dyer) and Jonathan (Charlie Heaton) are back as well, joined by several newcomers.
