The first official Obi-Wan Kenobi images have hit from EW. The fact this date was also the rumored date for the trailer, gives me hope the trailer could be up later. The images were published by EW exclusively and feature a few nice images from what I’ll guess are the earliest episodes of the show premiering on May 25th. Given the leaks for Obi-Wan Kenobi, we know a little about what we are seeing here. There are images showing Reva (leak name confirmed for MSW) who we have known was playing an Inquisitor for some time. She is on Tatooine and Obi-Wan seems to be watching from a distance. Reva is also seen having a face to face with none other than Owen Lars, Luke’s current guardian. Probably thus explaining why Obi-Wan is skulking around watching.
As said this matches with most of the recent leaks we have been sharing from various sources lately.

However!
Could this be the calm before the storm? Is this the starter before we get our main course of a trailer later today? There is a Disney Investor stream today. It is therefore remarkably coincidental that EW are allowed to release this article today, of all days where the trailer is heavily rumored to drop? Now, we are only sharing what others have said. We won’t say whether a trailer is hitting today or not. We do know from our own sources that a trailer is in the can and ready for someone to hit play. However Lucasfilm have been a bit fidgety when it comes to trailers in the past. I will instead say I am keeping my fingers crossed we do get an Obi-Wan Kenobi trailer today.
