Good Grief | Himesh Patel on Character Development, Coping with Grief, and Working with Dan Levy

True friendship is about being there for the best and worst of times. In Good Grief, best friends help a man cope after the death of his husband despite having their issues to deal with.

Good Grief marked Dan Levy’s first feature film as a director and writer.

Levy is also in the lead role as Marc, the grieving husband finding ways to cope with the passing of his love. Also, it stars Ruth Negga, Himesh Patel, Celia Imrie, David Bradley, Arnaud Valois, Emma Corrin, Kaitlyn Dever, and Luke Evans.

Here is the full synopsis for Good Grief:

Marc (Daniel Levy) was content living in the shadow of his larger-than-life husband, Oliver (Luke Evans). But when Oliver unexpectedly dies, Marc’s world shatters, sending him and his two best friends, Sophie (Ruth Negga) and Thomas (Himesh Patel), an a soul-searching trip to Paris that reveals some hard truths they each needed to face.
