Gotta be honest and say there’s not much here to look at. I guess if we factor in old rumors, the High Evolutionary could have something to do with the aliens. Perhaps the denizens of wherever he lives are all strange looking due to all his genetic experiments and perhaps he has guards. However, for one we don’t know if those old rumors were legit. Secondly, this could have been for either of the previous two Guardians movies and we would likely not know the difference.

What is clear is that Marvel is hiring a load of extra’s to play parts in the soon to film Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3. Which really isn’t anything outside of what we already knew the situation to be.
