Driven by his parents’ past experience with a crooked contractor, Rico is an advocate for desperate families who need an empathetic expert to fix their stressful situations. In each episode, he and his skilled team tour the house to assess the projects, work to resolve issues with the builder and create a renovation and design plan to turn the construction nightmare into a dream home.

Rico León was originally from the East Coast with experience as a realtor and construction restoration consultant. In 2018, after his car broke down in Denver, he fell in love with the city to make it his home. He has a proven track record of over $350 million in signed, sold, developed and managed real estate projects in residential and commercial developments.
Rico to the Rescue is currently on HGTV and streaming on Max.
