Big change is headed to the House of Cards series in its final season. While the end of the last season saw Frank waiting for an official pardon from the new President of the United States, Claire Underwood. Unfortunately for him, that pardon never came, hinting at bad things for the corrupt politician.
But what does it all mean for the character? In the wake of the sexual misconduct accusations, actor Kevin Spacey pretty much sealed his character’s fate, and now the show’s final season will be completely free of Frank Underwood’s treachery.

In the new teaser from Netflix, we see the hustle and bustle of the White House, before we are drawn into the Resolute Desk of Claire. She spins around in her seat, stands up, and says, “We’re just getting started.”
What craziness awaits her in her presidency? That’s something we’re all very excited to see. After denying Frank his pardon last season, she looked to the camera and said, “My turn,” hinting that she has some bold plans of her own now that she’s clambered to the highest office in the country.
