IF Final Trailer Showcases More Imaginary Friends

Ahead of one of the final presentations at CinemaCon, Paramount Pictures released the final trailer for IF.

The film combines a live-action performance from Ryan Reynolds with animated creatures in this comedy.

It also stars Cailey Fleming, John Krasinski, Fiona Shaw, Phoebe Waller-Bridge, Louis Gossett Jr., Alan Kim, Liza Colon-Zayas, and Steve Carell.

Here is the synopsis:

From the writer and director John Krasinski, IF is about a girl who discovers that she can see everyone’s imaginary friends—and what she does with that superpower—as she embarks on a magical adventure to reconnect forgotten Ifs with their kids.

Interestingly, this final trailer is released a few hours before the presentation at CinemaCon. Convention attendees usually have a first glance at the trailers showcasing their upcoming film lineups, and then they are released to the public immediately or days afterward. No harm, no foul. Paramount Pictures must have a different surprise for the attendees during the convention.

IF is in theaters on May 17, 2024.
