Disney has finally released the first, actual full-length trailer for Incredibles 2. We’ve seen spots and other videos in the past, but this is the first actual, honest-to-goodness trailer. Though while this is our first full look, I will say, there isn’t an incredible amount of new footage in it.
Pretty much, most of the trailer is made up of the stuff that we’ve already seen — at least from a story perspective. Almost everything else that’s different comes from the sizzle reel aspect. When the music is playing, and hijinks are going on, those are when the newer scenes make themselves present. But regardless of how much is new or old, it still works together very well.
We also get our first look at the villain of the film — the Screenslaver. There’s no real indication of what he actually does, but I’m interested to see what threat he brings to the table.

Below is the official synopsis for Incredibles 2:
“In Incredibles 2, Helen (voice of Holly Hunter) is called on to lead a campaign to bring Supers back, while Bob (voice of Craig T. Nelson) navigates the day-to-day heroics of “normal” life at home with Violet (voice of Sarah Vowell), Dash (voice of Huck Milner) and baby Jack-Jack—whose super powers are about to be discovered. Their mission is derailed, however, when a new villain emerges with a brilliant and dangerous plot that threatens everything. But the Parrs don’t shy away from a challenge, especially with Frozone (voice of Samuel L. Jackson) by their side. That’s what makes this family so Incredible.”
Incredibles 2 hits theaters on June 15, 2018.
