The filmmakers have wasted no time in beginning the next chapter of IT. Last September, the first film in the series, which chronicled roughly half of the tale told in Stephen King’s iconic horror novel, hit theaters. While the book hopped in and out between the adult timelines of the self-proclaimed Losers’ Club and their two main run-ins with Pennywise the Dancing Clown over the course of decades.

Of course, if this second movie is to cover the characters’ run-in with Pennywise decades later, we’ll need to see these guys as adults. As we’ve reported extensively on the site, the entire cast has been rounded out with such great actors as Jessica Chastain and Bill Hader. The man taking on the role of Bill Denbrough is James McAvoy, who recently killed it in M. Night Shyamalan’s Split.

In the photo, he’s holding up a slice of Laughing Cow cheese. Admittedly, I spent way too long trying to figure out the connection between the cheese and the movie before I realized it was “dairy” (Dairy. Derry. Get it?). The film is slated to hit theaters September of next year, so with it being so long until it hits, they will have plenty of time to make this a worthwhile follow-up to the surprising first film.
