IT: Chapter 2 – The Losers Club Reunites In Adult Cast Photo

We may not be heading back to Derry, Maine until next year with IT: Chapter 2, but the studio is wasting no time in teasing the new cast of the film, which consists of adult iterations of the Losers Club, who we got to know in the first film. While we still don’t have any real look at the actor in action, the studio has just released a new photo, showing them goofing off at what looks like a table reading.

From left to right, we can see Jessica Chastain (Beverly Marsh), James McAvoy (Bill Denbrough), Isaiah Mustafa (Mike Hanlon), Jay Ryan (Ben Hamscomb), James Ransone (Eddie Kaspbrak), Bill Hader (Richard Tozier), and Andy Bean (Stanley Uris). We can’t help but wonder what they’re all laughing at, but they all look pretty good together, and it marks the first time we’ve actually seen the entire gang all in the same photo at once…will it be the last time?

Last year’s IT saw the child counterparts of these actors taking on the supernatural force that is Pennywise the Clown. At the end of that film, they overcame their fears of the creature, stripping him of his powers, and sending him away. Though while Pennywise did disappear, he was destined to return in decades to come. At the tail-end of that film, they make a pact to return should Pennywise ever threaten them again — thus the adult characters.
