Jay And Silent Bob Reboot: More Cameos!

I love Kevin Smith films. If you didn’t catch it before, check out LRM Ranks It The View Askewniverse to see just how much Nick Doll and I love Kevin Smith films. That being said, I am totally stoked to see Jay and Silent Bob Reboot and all of the crazy View Askew cameos that will happen.

This movie looks to bring in at least one person, usually more, from each film Smith has done. We know Jason Lee, Joey Lauren Adams, Brian O’Halloran, and even Rosario Dawson will appear in the upcoming film. Now we know that the in movie versions of Bluntman and Chronic (from Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back), James Vanderbeek and Jason Biggs, will have cameos:

Exciting right? This movie may very well be the last View Askewniverse film to ever be made. Smith was unable to get a Mallrats sequel off the ground and Clerks III never came about due to Jeff Anderson, allegedly. So this may be it. If so, it makes sense that he will go out with a bang.

Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back was also heavy with celebrity and View Askew cameos, so this isn’t anything new for the franchise. Considering the role Bluntman and Chronic play in this film, bringing in Vanderbeek and Biggs makes perfect sense.

What do you think about this announcement? Are you excited for the movie? What do you expect from it? Let us know in the comments below!
