Jessica Jones is on her way out. However, unlike the other shows in the Marvel/Netflix-spehere, at least we know going into this third season that it’ll be the final one. However, while we knew thanks to a recent tweet that Jessica Jones Season 3 would be hitting next month, we didn’t know when. Now, a new teaser has hit for the alcoholic detective’s final outing, and at the tail end, it was revealed that the season would be hitting Netflix on June 14.
Sadly, there are no other details regarding this upcoming season other than a few quick flashes and the tagline “Sometimes not even ‘heroes’ can save themselves.'” No word on the conflict, the villain, or the inevitable arc that Jessica will go on.

Fans are left to hope and pray that the season will see at least one other Defender pop up in some capacity. In fact, many comments below it have fans expressing their desire to see Matt Murdock return one last time. Will they get their wish here? We’ll see.
The release of Jessica Jones Season 3 comes months after the show’s cancelation, along with the other four shows that include Daredevil, Luke Cage, Iron Fist, and The Punisher. However, with Disney now controlling all of Hulu, many are still holding out hope that these guys can pop up in a couple of years on that service, once Disney has held off on utilizing them for an appropriate amount of time, per their Netflix contract.
Though I wouldn’t hold your breath.
