On Sunday, Universal Pictures shared an initial trailer tease for Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom.
The tease showed off 15 seconds of footage, and teased the eventual trailer’s release this coming Thursday. Earlier today, Jurassic World director and Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom producer Colin Trevorrow has taken to Twitter to share another 15 seconds of footage. Check it out above.
The tease in question features some eerie music, as well as a shot of a baryonyx dinosaur peering out from a giant pipe. Standing back in fear are Bryce Dallas Howard and Justice Smith. We then cut to a shot of the back of a big rig. Bryce Dallas Howard and Chris Pratt open it to reveal what looks like a T-Rex asleep in the bed. Pratt’s character then goes on to say, “This is gonna be awesome” before it cutting to black, revealing that the trailer will air during Thursday Night Football.
Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom is the anticipated sequel to 2015’s Jurassic World, a film that went on to make over $1.6 billion worldwide. Given that the first flick is currently the fourth highest grossing film of all time, the pressure is on for this one.
